Highest grade assigned by the USDA

Discover our trusted highest grade assigned by the USDA, based on a combination of marbling, maturity, and texture. Prime beef typically has a higher level of marbling, which contributes to its flavor and tenderness. However, it's not specific to the Angus breed.

Branded program that applies stricter standards

This program sets higher standards for marbling, maturity, fat thickness, and other factors compared to even USDA Prime. To qualify for CAB, beef must first receive a USDA Prime or Choice grade, and then meet the brand's additional 10 quality standards. This results in consistently higher-quality beef, with a focus on tenderness and flavor.
